We had such a great experience with our auto repair shop again! Our Acura’s A/C went out, and they diagnosed and replaced the relay quickly, easily, and at a very affordable price. I had came in to have my 2011 Honda Accord’s suspension worked on after it had been completely worn, and the hard working team at North Palm Japanese Auto had quickly and effectively gotten the job done. Mark has been servicing my 2002 Lexus sc460 for a number of years and has kept it in perfect running condition. Recently my daughter was looking to buy a used vehicle. His advice helped her find the car she wanted. He then on short notice performed a complete inspection on said car. Deserves all the 5 star reviews he gets. A pleasure to do business with.

These guys are the BEST. Don’t go anywhere else if you have a Japanese car. Been going here I don’t even know how long but am the original owner of a 2000 Toyota that still runs great & this crew is a big part of that. I try not to crow when friends who buy newer fancier tech cars inevitably have problems & mine is still chugging along with no issues. They’re straightforward & honest & know what they’re doing.
